Each deposit is for one rider and one preferred month. Exact dates and group suitability are agreed with Pat. Paying does not guarantee a camp place or bypass rider assessment.

1. Choose your month.December 2026, January 2027 or February 2027. Up to four paid priority entries per month.
2. Pat gets in touch.Within two business days of payment. Priority riders are considered in payment order, subject to suitable group matching.
3. A clear next step.Within 14 days of payment, receive a suitable camp offer with specific dates or a full refund.

Refunds and your camp balance

You can receive a full refund at any time before accepting a specific camp place, including if the proposed dates do not suit. Once you accept a place, your deposit is credited towards the camp price and the booking terms agreed at acceptance apply.
