What sort of venue could work?
A suitable outdoor site with sufficient space, access and a suitable surface. Business car parks and event grounds can be explored, subject to a site review. Landowner permission is separate from any applicable event approvals.
How much space and time do we need?
We confirm the footprint, access, setup and pack-down windows, and performance schedule after reviewing your site and event.
What does it cost?
Quotes are tailored to the location, travel, programme and event requirements. Send an enquiry to explore a proposal.
What about weather and safety?
Site suitability, operating conditions, crowd separation and contingency arrangements are agreed before booking. The riding programme remains subject to safe conditions on the day.
